The Students and Parents Section provides links to websites to help students and parents develop education and career plans. Students need to start early in aligning education plans with future careers and employment opportunities. The pull-down sections provide easy access to websites that will help students and parents in planning for the future: 1) Career Planning - Helps students start identifying career interests in elementary, middle, and high school; 2) College Planning - Helps students plan for post-secondary education; 3) Financial Aid - Helps students identify sources of financial aid for post-secondary education; 4) Skill Development - Helps students develop workplace skills important for success in life; and, 5) Jobs in Texas - Helps students identify job opportunities in Texas.
